Project: Report

Premium pet food brand, Royal Canin, wanted to develop a report to showcase the results of its 2024 Vet Nurse Survey, an annual survey conducted in partnership with the Veterinary Nurses Council of Australia (VNCA) and New Zealand Veterinary Nursing Association (NZVNA). I developed the structure and drafted the report using the key findings from the survey, ready to be released during Veterinary Nurse & Technologist Awareness Week 2024.

Project: LinkedIn article

To celebrate achieving 4th place on Australia's Best Places to Work list, Swisse requested a LinkedIn article to promote this great news. The brief was to focus on how the organisation had intentionally created a nurturing, inclusive environment where all team members could thrive - and how this inspirational enviroment was upheld by the team themselves every day. It was a pleasure to work on this positive, inspirational story.

Project: Website structure and copy

Client: Generic Health

The client requested a complete re-vamp of their website, including structure and copy.  Through consultation with multiple business executives, including the CEO, I presented a new structure that was clear and concise, and succinctly conveyed their key messages and value proposition. I also developed the website's tone of voice, taking into account the fact that they had sub-brands which spoke to different audience groups. Every word you see in the website below is my labour of love.

Project: Program brochure

Client: Jim's Life Coaching

Jim's Life Coaching wanted to create a short brochure to support their coaching program, Empowering Your Transformation Journey. It was of particular importance to the client that the brochure was written in their tone of voice and succinctly conveyed their key messages, to encourage people to invest in the program. Working with the client, I created the copy for the brochure, providing a succinct and enticing overview of the program.

Project: Website copy

Client: Rotallieo

Accountancy firm, Rotallieo, wanted to redesign its website to showcase the extensive business and accountancy knowledge of the team, the breadth of services it offers, and the firm’s involvement in the local Macedon Ranges community. Through consultation with the managing director, I rewrote the website copy and optimised it for SEO.

Project: Factsheets

Clarity Health Care, a mental health service that provides multidisciplinary care to individuals living with a mental illness, requested a series of factsheets providing information about specific mental health conditions and treatments. The brief was to craft the factsheets in clear, concise language that would be easy for patients to understand, helping to empower them with information about their health status and the options available to them.  A selection of the factsheets is below:

Project: LinkedIn opinion article

Client: Swisse Wellness

To announce the launch of its Leave for Menopause support program, the client requested an opinion article for LinkedIn. The article focuses on the current landscape with regards to menopause and the workplace, and the steps Swisse is taking to support its own team members. I interviewed key business leaders and conducted my own research to craft the article, which helps position Swisse as a progressive leader in this area.
