• You complete a briefing form outlining what you're looking for. Don't worry, it's not scary - it asks a few questions that help me get an understanding of things like the task, your goals and objectives, and your ideal customer. If preferred, we can complete it together.

• I  write the first draft within our agreed timelines. 

• You provide feedback for me to refine the content, until you are happy with it.
