If you’ve put time and energy into creating content, then it deserves to look professional and polished in its final format. This is where working with an editor comes in, as it often takes a fresh pair of eyes to identify and improve issues that sit at the very core of writing. It would be fair to say I’m big on 'attention to detail', so let me get my hands on your work and scrutinise every last apostrophe, space, and Oxford comma. You can be confident your content won’t contain one incorrect spelling, grammatical error, formatting hiccup, or inconsistency.

When editing your work, I can advise on areas that need more expansion or context, identify inconsistencies or repetitions, and fix grammatical and punctuation errors. Editing also improves the flow and 'readability' of a piece, to ensure it follows a logical path with clearly presented ideas. In short, editing can help elevate your work and make it shine.

How we work together

So you've created a piece of content that you'd like reviewed. I'm flexible on how we work together, but the typical process is:

• You complete a briefing form outlining what you're looking for. Perhaps you just want a straight review, or you'd like feedback on a specific area, such as word length, voice or SEO optimisation. If preferred, we can complete the form together.

• I  review the content within our agreed timelines and provide a revised draft. 

• You provide feedback for me to refine the content, until you are happy with it.

Why choose me

I have a degree in English Language and Literature,  and spent three years teaching English as a foreign language. Let’s just say I know how the English language works and I’m not afraid to apply it.
